The cloud forwarding IP should no longer be blacklisted by Microsoft and everything should be working fine. Please contact our support, if you face any issues.

It would appeared that the forwarder IP of our old cloud hosting is blacklisted by Microsoft. We are currently working towards a delist and will update this page as soon as we have more information. Meanwhile, customers with forwarders to Microsoft based emails, may receive bouncebacks due to the blacklist.
