We are experiencing email issues on our Cloud platform - it could refer to IMAP/SMTP errors in Webmail or mail client. Your emails could also be delayed when sending/ receiving.

We have noticed that some email accounts may receive the following error when using the Cloud's Webmail platform :
Connection to IMAP server failed

or might be able to send but with a slight delay. The issue also occurs on email clients.

It's reported to our administrators and they are working on fixing it as soon as possible.

Our team is currently looking into an intermittent load on the webmail platforms for Daily and Cloud accounts. Our customers may encounter an error or a delay when logging into webmail and loading its pages. We are working on resolving this as soon as possible!

We are currently investigating intermittent load on both webmail platforms for Daily and Cloud accounts. Our customers may experience slow load or may not be able to load the page. We are working on this with high priority!
