We have identified a potential intermittent connectivity issue that affects cloud FTP connectivity.
We are currently investigating the cause and a fix will be deployed as soon as possible.
Note that in the meantime SFTP / SSH connectivity is unaffected, so it's a viable alternative until this is fully resolved.
