Unfortunately it seems that the IP was again blacklisted from Microsoft. We are continuing the correspondence with their support for mitigating the block.

The cloud mail IP should now be completely de-listed from Microsoft's block list. Please contact us back if you are still experiencing bounce-back error messages for mail accounts such as info@ admin@ mail@

Unfortunately, our cloud legacy hosting's IP responsible for outgoing email from accounts like info@, test@, admin@, mail@ is blacklisted by Microsoft. Affected mailboxes will receive bouncebacks while sending emails to MS related services.
We are working as best we can to delist the IP. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
