We've received reports that some clients are unable to access their accounts at tsohost after the upgrade was done. We're currently investigating the cause and will update the status page with further details.

We will be performing some maintenance on the my.tsohost.com servers between 11am and 1pm on the 19th March. This work is expected to take around 30 minutes.
During this time customers will be unable to log in to pay invoices manually or manage their services.
Customer Websites, emails and databases are not affected by this maintenance.
