Our live lines (chat and phones) are currently live and working. However our ticket support is currently overloaded and there are some delays in our ticket responses. Thank you very much for the understanding and patience!

We are still working towards resuming service for you. Our Tickets channel should be fully operational and we are still working on both Phones and Chat, you might still be experiencing some delay in these two channels. Excuse us about the inconvenience.
