Currently we are experiencing an issue with part of our ticketing system, thus you might be able to see an error such as: tsohost.com is not a local domain, if you are trying to send outbound email, please ensure you have outgoing server authentication enabled (in reply to RCPT TO command). We are currently working on this and our System Administrators have been notified.
