We are currently investigating an issue with the new cPanel services, where customers wouldn't be able to see or access the accounts from the client area. As a workaround until the issue is resolved, customers would be able to log into the panel with their usernames and passwords. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Once there is progress on the matter we will update the status page.
