We wish to inform customers that we will be performing some maintenance on our cloud hosting platform over the weekend starting at 6am on the 22nd of February. We expect this work to take around 1 hour.
This work will require us to take the shell access server shell.gridhost.co.uk offline. It will also require us to remount customers upon completion of this work meaning you won't be able to log back in to shell straight away.
Automatically remounting customers will take significant time to complete however a workaround would be to disable shell access and re-enable shell access via your control panel, however, we would request customers not do this until the maintenance is over.
