The issue with American Express cards should be resolved. Please however contact our support and let us know if you face any payment issues, so that we may further investigate. This applies for all credit/debit cards. Thank you for your understanding.

The payment issue should mostly affect customers with American Express credit/debit cards and we are working on a way to resolve the payment failures.
Please however report anything unusual, regardless of the credit card company, so that we can further investigate.
