Some of the IPs are now removed from Microsoft blacklist and we are working on mitigation of the others that are still listed.

We're currently experiencing a blacklist issue with some of our Daily mail IPs. Our team is working with Microsoft in order to resolve this as quickly as possible. Some of the Daily customers could be receiving bounce-back messages related to blacklists when trying to send emails.
