The issue with the mail system on the Cloud platform has reappeared again. Our administrators are currently investigating the cause of it and once there is any update, we will let you know.

We are experiencing issues with our cloud mail system. The issue is causing intermittent login failures via Webmail or mail client with IMAP or SMTP authentication errors.
