What is the easiest way to get in touch with the concierge team?

In most cases we will send you an email that you can reply to. The reply will get right back to the person who's been in contact with you already, if they are not around, someone else will be sure to grab it. 

If we have not sent you an email, you can easily raise a support ticket for our attention and we will be happy to get back to you as soon as we can.

If you'd prefer we get back to you by giving you a call, just make a note in your email/ticket and we will phone you as soon as we are able.
